War from the eyes on the ground

With the advent of the internet came a surprising twist to war coverage: The Blog. Many soldiers overseas have detailed their daily tribulations in writing form for the world to see. Its sad to think most people rely solely on the media for their news and not from the soldiers' mouths, as it were. If you want to know what's REALLY going on in IRAQ, want to hear the good stuff as well as the bad (since the media factory churns out the bad, primarily.... Cuz bad shit sells good) check out some of these links and do some searching on your own. There are hundreds, possibly thousands. Give our service people your support by dropping a line or signing their guestbook. Trust me, they need to know they have civillian love .. and it'll only take you a minute!

Yeah, and I'm going to be sitting on my rooftop watching it all unfold! Until we get nuclearized. Then I'm gonna be dead.
